Forgot Password?

In case you forget your password, just follow these steps:

Step 1: Go to silid.co

Step 2: Click on Login

Step 3: Click on Forgot Password

Step 4: Enter your email address used in the SilidLMS

Step 5: Click on Send Reset Link

Recovery Using Email

A confirmation appears once you have successfully encoded your email address.

Step 6: Open the email address that you used and open the SilidLMS email.

Step 7: Click on the link attached and it takes you to a new page.

Step 8: Enter your new desired password

Step 9: Click on the Save Button

A confirmation appears once you successfully fill out the form.

You can then sign in to your account with the new password.

Recovery Using Mobile Number

Follow all the initial steps until Recovery Using Email.

Once you reach that point, proceed with the steps below.

The mobile number you used during registration receives a message containing a one-time password. MAKE SURE NOT TO SHARE THIS WITH OTHER PEOPLE AS THEY MAY RESET THE PASSWORD.

Enter the one-time password, and then click verify.

You are then redirected to a new page. Enter your new password here.

When done entering the new password, click "SAVE" to activate your new password.
